JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
- Leading a team of Relationship Managers and support staff in the areas of client management, revenue/ assets/ liabilities growth and business advisory
- Grow and manage the portfolio within the Bank's acceptable risk parameters and policies
- Develop marketing activities for the business unit aimed at securing desired SME / Medium Enterprise customer segments
Requirements
- A recognized University Degree or professional qualifications with at least 5 years of banking experience in Sales or Product Development
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong presentation and problem solving skills
